Located on the coastline, Casa Ixchel offers a serene and calm atmosphere. The nearby ferry dock and post office make it convenient for travelers. Guests can enjoy picturesque views from rooms like Harmony, with a huge comfy bed and a romantic bath. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing helpful tips for exploring the area. The hotel also offers an excellent restaurant with crazy good food, and a nice size pool for relaxation.
Some guests noted that certain facilities, like the steam room and hot tub, were not in working condition and need improvement for a complete experience.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place was perfect for me, as it was just a short walk away from restaurants and the market. The view from the deck and palapa covered area was absolutely breathtaking and provided the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings. I also loved that they offered yoga classes three days a week, which were included in the room rate. The restaurant on the top floor exceeded my expectations, serving some of the best pasta I have ever had. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

The location is great, with a 20-minute walk to restaurants and the market. The view from the deck and palapa covered area is incredible. Yoga classes are available three days a week and included. The restaurant on the top floor serves excellent pasta.
